Application for accreditation

Accreditation requests are accepted only from officially registered media outlets. For accreditation to the exhibition events, please fill out the application form below.

Accreditation rules

Officially registered mass media as well as foreign mass media that are accredited with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are entitled to be accredited at the press center.

Accreditation for media representatives is carried out at the registration area in the exhibition halls and at the press center during the exhibition upon presentation of an editorial ID card or letter from the editorial office.

Journalists will be issued a "PRESS" badge in the registration area upon presentation of their Editorial ID. The badge entitles a journalist to free entrance to the pavilions on all days of the exhibition. Media representatives may enter the pavilions ONLY by showing their PRESS badge.

Accredited journalists are provided with appropriate conditions for professional activities in order to provide prompt coverage of the exhibition:

advance notice of the date, time and place of the exhibition business events;
Providing a place in the halls of business events (except for "closed" meetings), including briefings and press conferences;
Providing journalists with necessary information materials;
Assistance in organizing individual meetings and conversations with company employees, guests and exhibitors;

Accreditation does not guarantee the direct presence of journalists at business events during official visits.
